In the second round of the Winter ELSA Law School (WELS) on the topic of sports law/legal aspects of doping, GPK Pegger Kofler & Partners was once again able to support the programme as an Academic Partner:
In her presentation, our partner Laura Neururer-Blum spoke about the civil law aspects of doping.
The approximately 25 participating law students from all over Europe not only received an overview of the (sports) legal framework, but also learned about arbitration and labour law consequences, and more.
The Winter ELSA Law School is organised for students by ELSA Innsbruck in cooperation with ELSA Salzburg in order to bring academic and cultural content to life at different locations in a cross-city programme.
Due to the positive feedback and the equally high demand, WELS is building on last year’s programme in the field of sports law with the legal consequences of doping, which highlights the explosive nature of the topic and also demonstrates the popularity of the format.
