Our partner Herwig Frei gave an interview to the magazine “netzwerk tirol” on the topic of “the shortage of skilled workers”.
He explained the means by which labour law can be used to counter the lack of skilled workers.
The topics range from the recruitment of foreign qualified workers to the possibilities for companies in everyday business to find and retain skilled and key personnel.
The latter includes apprenticeship training, opportunities for employees to receive training and further education, to increase flexibility, to improve the compatibility of work and family life and to achieve a good work-life balance.
