Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partner took part again this year at the Export Day Tyrol as an expert for distribution and export law (Invitation Export Day Tyrol 19).
On 18 June 2019, the Tyrol Chamber of Commerce invited interested companies to the Tyrol Chamber of Commerce for the 14th time under the motto “The World as a Guest in Tyrol” in order to obtain information and advice from 28 Austrian business delegates and other experts.
Our law firm was available to the participants as an expert in export law / distribution law. Our specialist brochures Export Law and Product Liability were in high demand.
The cross-border distribution of goods and services requires special legal structures, also because the boundaries of one’s own legal system are crossed. We support companies within the scope of their sales and export strategy in legal questions. Our advice ranges from the drafting of distribution agreements to specific advice in the field of distribution and/or export, e.g. the assertion of compensation claims by commercial agents or the clarification of antitrust issues.

In particular, our partner Georg Huber has many years of experience in distribution and export law.
