GPK is thrilled: the University of Innsbruck team we mentored secured first place in the 2025/26 Civil Law Moot Court.
On 22 January 2026, Lisa-Marie Ennemoser, Emine Özcan and Sabrina Raß impressed during the simulated final hearing with sound legal argumentation, precise analysis of complex insurance law issues and a confident demeanour in court. The hearing took place in the jury courtroom of the Innsbruck Higher Regional Court and clearly reflected the team’s intensive preparation and high level of expertise.
Special congratulations go to Lisa-Marie Ennemoser, who was also awarded the Rhetoric Prize – a well-deserved recognition of her exceptional linguistic precision and strength of argument.
The students were supported by Barbara Egger-Russe, Andrea Pegger and Jana Schroll from our firm, as well as by Univ.-Ass. Mag. Laura Deiser from the University of Innsbruck.
We would also like to acknowledge all the other participating students for their achievements and their great commitment.
