To kick off the new year, today we once again joined forces with ELSA Innsbruck to host an “educational breakfast” at our law firm. While our stomachs enjoyed the savoury delicacies, our partners Barbara Egger-Russe and Norbert Rinderer as well as our associate Jana Schroll provided our minds with intellectual food!
This time, the participating students from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck were able to deepen their knowledge of tenancy law.
From the distinction between rent and lease, to the applicable law, to the essential components of a tenancy agreement and the clarification of special topics including tricky clauses, all the important basics were taught – using numerous practical examples.
