At the beginning of the year, we were once again pleased to invite students to join us for Breakfast@Law at our office, together with ELSA Innsbruck – The European Law Student’ Association.
On 9 January 2025, the focus was on the topic of “Civil liability aspects of winter sports accidents”.
Our specialist lawyer Silvia Moser gave students from the University of Innsbruck an insight into the course of legal proceedings from a lawyer’s perspective.
In addition, particularly common liability scenarios in connection with winter sports accidents were presented on the basis of practical cases. The students added to the discussion with valuable contributions and questions.
