Privacy Law: A Global Legal Perspective on Data Protection Relating to Advertising and Marketing

GALA – the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (www.galalaw.com) – in cooperation with the IAA (International Advertising Association, www.iaaglobal.org) has published a two-volume work entitled “Privacy Law: A Global Legal Perspective on Data Protection Relating to Advertising and Marketing”.

This work presents data protection laws with a focus on “Advertising and Marketing” in over 70 countries. It is the first work of its kind to provide a global overview of data protection laws for advertising and marketing.

The individual country chapters were prepared by members of GALA. Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partner is the Austrian member of GALA.

The chapter on Austria was written by our partner Dr. Georg Huber, LLM., CIPP/E. He also contributed to the chapter on EU data protection law.
