The team from Innsbruck coached by Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners, who were the winners of the Innsbruck University Civil Law Moot Court held in the winter semester 2014/2015, pleaded successfully at the national finals held at the Vienna Supreme Court.
The team members Lisa Maria Gosch, Theresa Weiskopf and Alexander Lederwasch presented the position of the defending party in a complex legal matter involving setting-off claims in adjustment proceedings.
