“Definitely our case” thought these two law students at the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck:
Jennifer Bauer and Theresa Embacher are among the gutsy ones who decided to participate in the Labour Law Moot Court this year and put their knowledge and skills to the test. They are enthusiastically working on their strategy, supported by our GPK partners and labour law specialists, lawyers Melanie Gassler-Tischlinger and Laura Neururer-Blum.
We are really looking forward to this new edition of the Moot Court organised by the Institute for Labour and Social Law of the University of Innsbruck in cooperation with ELSA Innsbruck. We are very happy to be “part of it all” again as the supporting law firm.
Dear Jennifer and Theresa, we would like to wish you all the best and can only encourage you along the way! Anyone who dares to tackle such complex legal issues in the field of labour law is already a winner. We are looking forward to the final on 3 May 2023 at the Higher Regional Court in Innsbruck and the national final on 23 June 2023 in Salzburg.
