Our partner, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Franz Pegger, will speak at the 2nd Family Business Day on the topic “Which questions regarding reorganization and corporate law have to be considered? Aspects of contract drafting when transferring family businesses to legal successors”.
The Family Business Day will take place on 16 September 2019 from 14:00 – 17:30 at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI).
With the Family Business Day, a format will be established at the Entrepreneurial University® which actively combines theory and practice, discusses current challenges and deals with relevant issues relating to family businesses. This year the focus will be on preserving company value over generations.
