On September 23rd, 2016, lawyer Univ.-Prof. Dr. Franz Pegger spoke at the 55th DACH Convention which was held in Vienna from September 22nd to 24th. He lectured to lawyers from throughout Europe on “M&A – Steps in the Sales Process”.
Different forms of acquisition (asset deal and share deal) were highlighted. Using numerous practical examples, Franz Pegger illustrated the risks and problems that could be encountered in M&A transactions.
