Once again, the Eurojuris International Practice Days had to be held virtually instead of in Edinburgh as initially planned. In spite of this, the Joint Session of the Corporate Law Practice Group, chaired by Barbara Egger-Russe, together with the Insolvency, Restructuring and Banking Practice Group was a great success. More than 25 participants discussed, among other things, the legal requirements for M&As in Poland.
Barbara Egger-Russe presented the final version of the project on comparative law brochures she initiated; the first one will go to press in a few days time.
