Once again this year Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners is coaching the University of Innsbruck’s team of students for the third Austrian Environmental Moot Court. The students are being supported by our lawyers MMMag. Barbara Egger-Russe and Dr. Herwig Frei.
This year’s topic is the Red Bull Football Academy in Liefering. The Environmental Moot Court commenced with an opening event on March 4, 2016 at the University of Salzburg. The simulated proceedings concerning the project will take place on May 9, 2016 in the area of Salzburg. At the final event on June 13, 2016 at Vienna University of Economic Sciences the winners will be selected by an expert panel of judges.
On April 4, 2016 the project team started work in our law offices, supported by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Lamiss Khakzadeh-Leiler, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Arno Kahl and our lawyers MMMag. Barbara Egger-Russe and Dr. Herwig Frei.
