Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners is very pleased to be a part of the”Environmental Law Moot Court” once again this year as a practice partner, and together with the University of Innsbruck, to accompany ambitious students in the first steps of their legal careers. The Innsbruck team will be supervised by our lawyers Barbara Egger-Russe and Laura Neururer.
The event, which is held at universities across Austria, enables participating students to “try out” in teams and under the guidance of leading law firms, and to put what they have learned about substantive and procedural law provisions into practice. As the legal representatives of the respective litigation parties, the prospective lawyers can demonstrate their skills in a simulated court hearing, which will take place this year on 31 May 2022.
At the kick-off event on 05.04.2022, the framework conditions and the schedule for the project were presented – the starting signal has been given and preparations can begin!
