On the initiative of Barbara Egger-Russe, the members of the Corporate Law Practice Group of the international lawyers’ association Eurojuris International have produced a comparative brochure on the liability of shareholders of a limited liability company in the various jurisdictions. On the basis of a questionnaire, lawyers from 16 countries provided information on the liability of shareholders of a limited liability company. The Austrian contribution was compiled by Barbara Egger-Russe and Andrea Pegger.
