First-hand insight into inheritance law:
On 20 November 2024, our law firm once again welcomed students from the University of Innsbruck to Breakfast@Law, this time focusing on the interesting topic of inheritance law.
Alexandra Eder, our partner specialized in intheritance law, welcomed the aspiring lawyers together with our associate Lisa Jungmann and gave them a practical overview – from succession and the drafting of wills to claims to reserved mandatory portions.
Afterwards, the students had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss case studies with our legal expert in an exclusive setting.
The aim of the format is to impart legal knowledge in a well-founded and practical way – a valuable addition to university education.
