The Export Competence Workshop of the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce (WK Tirol) is now an established training and further education format in which lectures and workshops impart comprehensive export knowledge in various subject areas. New exporters are prepared to deal confidently with international contractual partners, while experienced businesses can expand their knowledge in various areas (such as export financing, international tax law and customs law) and bring it up to date – and, above all, apply it even better and more effectively after successfully completing the competence workshop!
Our partner Barbara Egger-Russe is an expert in distribution and export law and a long-standing speaker at the Competence Workshop. She is happy to provide businesses and employees involved in the export business with her tips on international contract law. However, the session involves much more than just the basics of contract drafting. Country-specifics and legal issues as well as recommendations for action in the export context are covered, which should prepare the participants in the best possible way to apply these safely in practice.
