The Export Competence Workshop of the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce (WK Tirol) offers all participants comprehensive export training every year. Various topics are covered in six modules in the form of a series of lectures and workshops, e.g. on export financing, international tax law or customs law.
In her lecture. our partner Barbara Egger-Russe familiarised all interested new exporters and/or entrepreneurs already active in the export business with international contract law and the drafting of contracts in international legal relations. Having already been a speaker for this event format several times, Barbara provided the participants with practical expertise and the best tips – in short: a tailor-made overview in the export context.
