Barbara Egger-Russe presented the results of her new comparative law project at this year’s international congress of Eurojuris International in Frankfurt. The members of the knowledge group “Corporate and Tax Law” compiled the respective national regulations on the liability of shareholders of a GmbH on the basis of a questionnaire. On the basis of these results, comparative law brochures are now being produced.
Furthermore, Barbara Egger-Russe was elected co-chair of the expert group alongside Thomas Brand, lawyer in Moscow.
