The two specialists in company law, lawyers MMMag. Barbara Egger-Russe and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Franz Pegger explained how a limited liability company’s general assembly should be held to avoid the risk of action for annulment following incorrectly passed resolutions.
With numerous accounts from practical experience, the speakers informed the audience of about 120 mainly Tyrolean entrepreneurs how to hold a general assembly, which problems could be encountered and which approach to take in order to prevent them.
In the following round of discussions a variety of questions were raised, including the role of the general assembly’s chairman and the measures he can take to enforce good order and discipline.
