The ALFA International Annual Business Meeting, held from 8 to 10 October 2025, once again provided a unique setting for cross-border exchange and key insights for future collaboration, featuring cultural highlights in Spain’s capital – far more than just an inspiring event.
Under the motto “Stronger Together”, the “Women’s Initiative Programme” focused on female lawyers in a changing legal landscape.
We are delighted that our employment law expert Melanie Gassler-Tischlinger, together with her colleagues Byrona Maule and Jessica Mederson, was able to help shape the roundtable sessions as a co-moderator and speaker.
The event also focused on business development, leadership and the use of artificial intelligence in law firms.
Conclusion: International collaboration strengthens us not only professionally but also personally – through mutual inspiration and trust.
