Once again this year the Standortagentur Tirol held the start-up competition Adventure X.
Barbara Egger-Russe again advised the founders on various legal issues at the consultant evening on 16.04.2019. The questions were many and varied and ranged from the right choice of legal form, the liability of a limited liability company to questions about general terms and conditions, trade law problems as well as general questions of tort law.
