The collection of simple examples in the book provides an introduction to this complex legal matter.<\/p>\n<p>Essential fundamentals are addressed from a civil and company law point of view for each of the examples given, and approaches to solutions are pointed out. Selected problems are presented in a simple and practice-oriented manner and the user is sensitised to the subject matter by the use of comments.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the basic contract models, not only the necessary shareholder resolutions, but also the company register applications necessary for implementation are provided.
