Among other things, this shortens the duration of proceedings and avoids high litigation costs. Since the law firm <em>Greiter Pegger Kofler &amp; Partner<\/em>s constantly uses such negotiation techniques, attorney Ivo Greiter gave a lecture on &#8220;Rhetoric for Lawyers&#8221;.
