As a result, the question always arises to what extent decisions are effective, void or contestable and how to proceed.<\/p>\n<p>The approaches to solving these questions are different in the law of partnerships than in that of corporations.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture provides an overview of the problem on the basis of examples.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venue<\/strong>: Innsbruck University, Innrain 52,\u00a0Sitzungssaal University of New Orleans, 1.
