Barbara Egger-Russe<\/em> and<em> Dr. Silvia Moser, M.A. <\/em>coached a team of three students: Shabnam Kohestani, Gabriel Ruetz and Simon Kapferer.<\/p>\n<p>The team&#8217;s assignment\u00a0was to represent the defendant in a\u00a0mock investment case. In the final at the Innsbruck Appellate Court on January\u00a019th, 2017 they\u00a0reached an excellent second place.<\/p>\n<p>The jury consisted of the three judges Dr. Christoph Brenn (Appellate Court judge), Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Alexander Schopper (Institute for Corporate and Taxation Law) and\u00a0Dr. Christian J.
