Lawyer Dr Alexander Wittwer, Dornbirn made the following comment on the book in the Journal for Traffic Law: &#8220;In clear and simple language and with a transparency \u00a0unequalled in Austrian literature,\u00a0relevant rulings by the high courts are discussed&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Following the same system <em>Ivo Greiter&#8217;s<\/em> latest work\u00a0\u00a0presents rulings on compensation for personal suffering caused by grief.
