In a presentation in the Grand Hotel Europa’s Baroque Hall\u00a0on March 3rd, 2016, Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners<\/em> focussed on the subject “The Successful General Assembly of a Limited Liability Company- How to Avoid Pitfalls “.<\/p>\n

The two specialists in company law, lawyers\u00a0 MMMag. Barbara Egger-Russe<\/em> and\u00a0Univ.-Prof. Dr. Franz Pegger<\/em>\u00a0explained how a limited liability company’s general assembly should be held to avoid the risk of action for annulment following incorrectly passed resolutions.<\/p>\n

With numerous accounts from practical experience, the speakers informed the audience of about 120 mainly Tyrolean entrepreneurs how to hold a general assembly, which problems could be encountered and which approach to take in\u00a0order to prevent them.<\/p>\n

In the following round of discussions a variety of questions were raised, including the role of the general assembly’s chairman and the measures he can take to enforce good order and discipline.<\/p>\n
