The question is whether regional planning and zoning by individual contracts with property owners, a system\u00a0that since 2014 has become a part of state law\u00a0in every\u00a0Austrian federal state, will really\u00a0solve\u00a0the problem and what the\u00a0limits are for\u00a0municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyers\u00a0<em>MMMag.
