The students will be supported by our lawyers <em>MMMag. Barbara Egger-Russe<\/em> and <em>Dr. Herwig Frei<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>This years\u2019 topic is a wind park project in a sensitive alpine region requiring environmental impact assessment. The Environmental Law Moot Court will start with the opening event on March 9th, 2015 at the University of Salzburg. The simulated proceedings concerning the environmental impact assessment project will take place on May 11th, 2015 in the Graz area. At the final event on June 19th, 2015 at Vienna University of Economic Sciences the winners will be selected by an expert panel of judges.<\/p>\n<p>The team started work the on the project in our law firm on March 16, 2015.\u00a0 They were supported by\u00a0Univ.-Prof. Dr. Lamiss Khakzadeh-Leiler, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Arno Kahl and our lawyers\u00a0<em>MMMag.
