Twelve students from the University of Innsbruck benefited from insights and tips from four different GPK perspectives:<\/p>\n<p>Our partners <i>Barbara Egger-Russe <\/i>and <i>Andrea Pegger<\/i>, trainee lawyer <i>Sophie Gratl<\/i>, and our legal assistant <i>Philipp Bammer<\/i> were happy to answer questions from the future \u201cjob applicants\u201d. They shared insights into their personal career paths \u2013 but above all into recruitment practices and the assessment of applicant profiles.<\/p>\n<p>From typical application mistakes and requirements for CVs and cover letters to tips for successful interviews, our guests received a \u201ccomprehensive package\u201d to kick-start their careers in a law firm.<\/p>\n<p>Whether networking, soft skills or professional preparation: The discussion made it clear that joining a law firm requires more than just sound legal knowledge \u2013 commitment, personality and professionalism count just as much.<\/p>\n<p>A big thank you to all participants for their interest, the thought-provoking questions and the motivating atmosphere, as well as to ELSA Innsbruck for the co-organisation.
