The hearing took place in the jury courtroom of the Innsbruck Higher Regional Court and clearly reflected the team\u2019s intensive preparation and high level of expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Special congratulations go to Lisa-Marie Ennemoser, who was also awarded the Rhetoric Prize \u2013 a well-deserved recognition of her exceptional linguistic precision and strength of argument.<\/p>\n<p>The students were supported by <i>Barbara Egger-Russe<\/i>, <i>Andrea Pegger<\/i> and <i>Jana Schroll<\/i> from our firm, as well as by Univ.-Ass. Mag. Laura Deiser from the University of Innsbruck.<\/p>\n<p>We would also like to acknowledge all the other participating students for their achievements and their great commitment.<\/p>\n<p>A heartfelt \u201cthank you\u201d to the academic supervisors at the Faculty of Law \u2013 Institute of Civil Law \u2013 including Prof. Simon Laimer, Assoc.
