On June 12, 2024,\u00a0 we once again hosted a new Breakfast@Law edition together with <span class=\"break-words tvm-parent-container\"><span dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/elsa-austria.org\/fakultatsgruppen\/elsa-innsbruck\/\">ELSA \u2013 The European Law Students\u2018 Association \u2013 Innsbruck<\/a> <\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Our employment law specialists <em>Melanie Gassler-Tischlinger, Laura Neururer-Blum <\/em>and <em>K\u00fcbra Tevek-Yilmaz<\/em> had all sorts of useful information on the topic of employment contracts and, above all, practical cases and answers that students won&#8217;t find in textbooks&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What are the minimum contents of an employment contract?<\/li>\n<li>What new mandatory information has been added by the Transparency Directive?<\/li>\n<li>What is the best way to regulate utilisation, working hours and place of work?<\/li>\n<li>Why is it important to consider how to terminate an employment relationship?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Everyone who attended today&#8217;s breakfast will be able to answer these questions\u00a0 and will be well prepared for their future working life.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank all the students for coming\u00a0 and for the great contributions and questions.
