Artificial intelligence can’t make breakfast (yet) … nor can it replace the experience of eating together in person.<\/p>\n

ELSA Innsbruck’s Breakfast@Law event series, on the other hand, offers both by regularly bringing law students and legal experts together at one table to”learn with relish”.<\/p>\n

This was also the case on 17 April 2024, when our lawyer Fabian B\u00f6sch<\/em> and our associate Teresa B\u00f6sch<\/em> gave a comprehensive overview at the “GPK breakfast workshop” on the topic of IT law – with a focus on internet marketing and artificial intelligence – but above all also discussed the latest developments and legal updates that will shape our future. Numerous practical examples and interesting scenarios were presented, with content on the GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, copyright law, AI and the AI Act as well as one or two related topics.<\/p>\n

A great format for a slightly different approach to law, but also for the important interaction – talking to each other, networking with each other, learning (new) things together.<\/p>\n
