The event series “Enkelfittes Unternehmen” puts various aspects of company management to the test.<\/p>\n

This week, the Family Business Centre<\/a>, an initiative of the MCI | The Entrepreneurial School\u00ae, together with Cemit GmbH, hosted the fourth event in the series, this time with a focus on a legal fitness check-up for family businesses.<\/p>\n

Our two experts in corporate and company law, Franz Pegger <\/em>and Andrea Pegger,<\/em> provided valuable input on the legal aspects and, as a father-daughter duo, also contributed the perspectives of two generations, which – especially in the context of family businesses – made for an even more intriguing approach.<\/p>\n

Conclusion: An annual check-up is also a must for entrepreneurs. An annual legal fitness examination can protect against or avoid risks and costs – and thus set the (legally correct) course for the future.<\/p>\n
