Our partner and IT law specialist Georg Huber<\/em>, CIPP\/E attended the DGRI – “Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Recht und Informatik” (German Society for Law and Informatics) – Three Countries Meeting in Zurich from 22 to 24 June 2023. The meeting was dedicated to the topic “Transnational IT Business”.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Georg Huber spontaneously joined the panel as a speaker on the topic “Data use contracts: Warranty and liability, incl. clause control” from a country perspective – together with colleagues Nicola Benz (Switzerland) and Marc Hilber (Germany), moderated by Alesch Staehlin.<\/p>\n

As always, the conference was worth seeing, hearing and experiencing: everything from the DACH update on current developments to the exchange with colleagues and the fringe events!<\/p>\n
