When spring begins, the next “Moot Court” case is not far off!<\/p>\n
After the victory of the Innsbruck team last year, all students participating in this year’s “Moot Court Environmental Law” are now eagerly looking forward to the next challenge, practical test and, of course, chance to win. The kick-off event in Salzburg on 23 March 2023 brought together all the courageous “moot courters” and reshuffled the cards, that is, the teams.<\/p>\n
This year, our partners Barbara Egger-Russe<\/em> and Laura Neururer-Blum<\/em>, are happy to take on the role of supporting the Innsbruck team on behalf of our law firm – together with our colleagues from the Leopold Franzens University of Innsbruck under the direction of Prof. Dr. Arno Kahl (Institute for Public Law, Political and Administrative Studies).<\/p>\n We would like to take this opportunity to wish our “prot\u00e9g\u00e9s” all the best and are very pleased to once again be a partner in this special event format and to be able to support the students with our experience and expertise!<\/p>\n “Let the games begin!”, we are already looking forward to the hearing on 23 May 2023…<\/p>\n
