The somewhat different “learning menu” attracted around a dozen students from the University of Innsbruck to our law firm again on 25 October 2022 as part of a new Breakfast@Law edition:<\/p>\n

At the breakfast, our partner and certified data protection officer Fabian B\u00f6sch<\/em> served up the topic of data protection law in easily digestible morsels.<\/p>\n

Since the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in May 2018, with its far-reaching new regulations on data processing obligations, it has become even more difficult to keep track of the “data jungle”.<\/p>\n

This is where we as legal experts come in: Our partner Fabian B\u00f6sch<\/em>, with his specialised knowledge and experience from daily work with clients, was able to provide the participants with basic information on data protection, data processing and data security on the one hand, and on the other hand also point out the pitfalls and “cruxes” that are important in the daily handling of data. Breakfast@Law means more than just “learning from the textbook”. The big plus of this breakfast meeting: the special practical approach to the topic makes knowledge tangible and understandable. Conclusion: No chance for missing data and knowledge!<\/p>\n
