All those who sat down hungry (for law) at the breakfast table in our office today at the 4th edition of “Breakfast@Law” were not just “there”, they were right in the middle of things!<\/p>\n

At this event format of ELSA – The European Law Students’ Association – Innsbruck, learning is put directly into practice. This time, students were able to benefit from an interesting morning on the topic of civil procedural law and discuss actual cases from everyday legal life with lawyer Georg Huber<\/em>, associates Michael Fischer<\/em>, Johannes Neulinger<\/em> and Anna Werth<\/em> as well as our legal assistants Teresa B\u00f6sch<\/em>, Hannes Frei<\/em> and Simona Pacher-Reininger<\/em>.<\/p>\n

What are civil proceedings actually like in reality? What are the individual steps from the initial complaint to the final judgement? What are the practical considerations behind the various legal actions?<\/p>\n

Well-founded answers at first hand and authentic insights from a law firm perspective with concrete legal relevance are guaranteed at these events and at the same time make them a special experience for all students who want to embark on the path as a lawyer.<\/p>\n
