Once again this year Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners took part in the Civil Law Moot Court.
A team made up of two students was coached by lawyers MMMag. Barbara Egger-Russe and Dr. Silvia Moser.
The grand final took place at the Innsbruck Appellate Court on January 15th, 2015. The team coached by Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners was selected as competition winners.
The jury consisted of the three judges Dr. Irene Fichtenau (Appellate Court judge), Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Alexander Schopper (Institute for Corporate and Taxation Law) and Dr. Christian J. Winder MBL (Vice President of the Tyrol Bar Association).
The team coached by Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners will now take part in the national finals of the Civil Law Moot Court, where they will compete against the best teams from the other Austrian provinces.
