Industry 4.0 is going to change our world. It involves digitalisation, automation and in particular networking real things with virtual things and those with people.
On November 22, 2016 Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners held a presentation in cooperation with the Tyrol Economic Chamber on the subject “Industry 4.0; An Organisational Task”. The evening illustrated the economic and legal challenges and opportunities associated with Industry 4.0.

Guest speaker Prof. Dr. Robert Obermaier (University of Passau) spoke on the economic challenges and opportunities related to Industry 4.0; Dr. Georg Huber, partner at Greiter Pegger Kofler & Partners, highlighted unsolved legal problems.
The legal aspect of Industry 4.0 is often neglected, which led the Tyrolean economic journal “econova” to ask Georg Huber for an interview on that facet of Industry 4.0.
